I am a specialist at partnering with leaders, shifting their organisations from project to product. I bring know-how and hands-on tools to shortcut the build phase and that helps us focus on engagement and enablement of your people. 

 

I have over twenty years background with specialist skills in organisational and operating model design, organisational design, transformation leadership/strategy and hands-on leadership coaching. My approach is inquisitive, commercially astute, action-orientated & collaborative. 
 

My experience includes large-scale corporate organisations through to fast-growing funded startups in Australia, UK, Denmark, Hong Kong, Singapore and China.

  1. Bringing fast-track proven approaches and tools to accelerate large-scale organisational transformation towards value-focused impact, including changes in organisational design and operating models.  

  2. Partnering with leaders to coach and guide change strategy and coupling this with evolving leadership capability.

  4. Developing the capability of your people and uplifting workforce strategies to meet your strategic goals.  

  5. Design of customised Target Operating Model (TOM) in various industries, including Software, Financial Services, Pharma, FMCG, Retail. â€‹â€‹
